Dogfish Head Punkin Ale

Do you know why they call that pretty little gold thing on top of the bottle a "crown cap?". Because this is the official King Of Fall Seasonals!

It doesn't taste like a light lager. It doesn't take like a pumpkin ale. It tastes like a heavenly slice of Pumpkin Pie in a twelve ounce bottle. Small, tight, smooth bubbles. Soft aromas of pumpkin and cinnamon. But when you take a sip, it's smooth, creamy, lightly spicy, and delicious!

I lived in Maryland for five years, and I liked Dogfish, but was never really 'impressed'. Tonight, Dogfish Head's Punkin Ale impressed me. I am officially a BIG fan, well done boys, well done.
